Blackpink's Jennie shared her firm convictions regarding attitudes in romantic relationships.

Jennie recently appeared on the 'Blind Date' segment of the YouTube channel 'Cosmopolitan', where she conversed with host and Editor-in-Chief Willa Bennett. When the host presented a scenario where "someone keeps changing their status message but takes several hours to reply to a text," Jennie responded, "That's not okay. It's a red flag." She added, "Changing your status while not replying is entirely wrong. We should receive respect and love from men."

"Sending two consecutive texts is a huge move"

Jennie also mentioned her own communication habits. Stating that she is not the type to reach out first, she answered a question about whether she sends follow-up messages when a reply doesn't come by saying, "I don't even send texts first." She explained her usual style, saying, "For me to send two consecutive texts is a truly huge move. Unless it's an emergency, that is."

She also mentioned an attitude of being considerate of the other person's situation. Jennie emphasized, "If they aren't replying due to personal circumstances, I respect that. I respect their time. But changing a status message is absolutely not okay."
