On this day, Ko Tae-yong faced a situation where he had to replace patches on a total of 16 outfits. He began working, telling his employees, "I am the only one who can solve this. I will do the hand-stitching myself." However, the youngest employee, Min-gyu, left work immediately, leaving Ko Tae-yong alone in the office.

Ko Tae-yong took off his trademark sunglasses and immersed himself in the work while wearing glasses. At this, Jun Hyun-moo expressed surprise, saying, "It's truly the first time I've seen your bare eyes," while Kim Sook reacted, "Suddenly, you look so kind."

Expressing Disappointment: "In the past, they would have at least brought an energy drink..."

While concentrating on the work stitch by stitch, Ko Tae-yong expressed disappointment regarding the leaving culture of the MZ generation employee. He remarked, "In the past, they would have said they were leaving but at least bought an energy drink and sat next to me to talk. I feel like the fashion industry is truly about to collapse."

Meanwhile, Min-gyu, the youngest employee who completed a three-month internship, was promoted to a full-time employee on this day.

Ko Tae-yong, who showed the side of a sensitive designer, changed his attitude in front of actor Oh Man-seok. On the final fitting day for the play's costumes, when Oh Man-seok tried on the completed outfit and praised it, saying, "It's perfect, there's nothing to touch," Ko Tae-yong repeatedly offered compliments, saying, "It's because the fit is so good. I am grateful that you carry it so luxuriously."

The costumes worked on by Ko Tae-yong can be seen through "Boss in the Mirror."
