Aespa draws 35,000 to Gocheok Sky Dome as Kiwoom shifts training

Aespa Successfully Completes World Tour Seoul Performance at Gocheok Sky Dome

Aespa took the stage at the Gocheok Sky Dome for the first time since their debut, meeting 35,000 spectators. This performance was the second Seoul stop of Aespa's fourth world tour, '2026-27 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : COMPLaeXITY'. Starting with this Seoul performance, Aespa will continue their global tour, visiting a total of 25 regions including North America, South America, and Europe.

The concert took place on the 8th at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul. Immediately upon starting the show, Aespa delivered eight consecutive performances. This Seoul concert was structured so that not only the on-site audience but also fans worldwide could enjoy it. The first day of the performance was screened via live viewing at 146 movie theaters across 11 regions worldwide, including Korea, while the second day's performance was released in real-time through Beyond LIVE and Weverse.

Kiwoom Heroes Move Training Site Due to Gocheok Dome Rental Schedule

As Aespa's solo concert rental schedule coincided with the suspension of the KBO League due to a heatwave, the training schedule for the home team, Kiwoom Heroes, faced disruptions. The Gocheok Sky Dome had a confirmed rental schedule for Aespa's solo concert from the 3rd to the 10th.

While the KBO League was suspended after all games were canceled from the 5th to the 9th due to record-breaking heatwaves, Kiwoom was in a situation where they could not use their home stadium, the Gocheok Sky Dome. Unlike most teams that adjusted their condition at their home stadiums, Kiwoom was unable to conduct ground training and moved to Goyang Baseball Stadium to continue training on both the 8th and 9th.

Kiwoom plans to adjust their condition through training in Goyang ahead of the three-game home series against LG Twins starting on the 11th.
