Singer YANG YO SEOP drew laughter by admitting he is a complete novice when it comes to League of Legends (LoL).
Appearing in the 9th episode of the web variety show 'Yo-Seo-Bi's Trends' on SLL's YouTube channel 'Go Go Sing,' YANG YO SEOP sat down with the T1 roster. YANG YO SEOP opened the conversation by saying that while the name T1 is familiar, he does not know much about the game itself. In particular, he lightened the mood by sharing an anecdote from when he first tried gaming, noting that he quit after just 5 minutes, leaving behind the words, "Don't curse at me."
Appearing on the broadcast were T1's Faker, Doran, Oner, Peyz, and Keria, who showed their human sides instead of their sharp competitive personas seen in the arena.
Faker's Competitive Spirit Extends to Board Games
Conversation flowed even more richly as Highlight member Yoon Doo-joon joined in for entertainment value. Yoon Doo-joon appeared as 'Duran,' a parody of Doran, to team up with YANG YO SEOP.
In the subsequent board game battle, Faker's concentration was on full display. Revealing that he typically enjoys strategic decision-making, Faker maintained his signature composure even during the board game. By analyzing the situation coolly and managing the game, Faker ultimately secured victory with an overwhelming score margin, recreating the competitive spirit he shows in the arena.
Oner and Doran Reveal Musical Connections to Highlight
Unexpected connections between the T1 players and the members of Highlight were also revealed. Oner confessed to being a fan who enjoyed singing Highlight's songs at karaoke during his school days. Doran also shared memories of practicing Highlight's choreography while active in a dance club.
YANG YO SEOP expressed his delight at the players' confessions as the conversation continued. The T1 roster will hold 'T1 Home Ground' matches at the KSPO DOME for three days from August 14 to 16.
