Rescene's Woni tears up over one promise to her mom: beef

On the 150th episode of 'Salon Drip' on the YouTube channel 'TEO', Rescene members Woni and Minami appeared. When MC Jang Do Yeon asked what they would like to do once they receive their settlements, Minami first shared an anecdote about how she had already given pocket money to her parents.
Minami revealed that she collected the 'performer compensation' paid quarterly by the Korea Music Performers Federation and used it to give 200,000 won each to her parents and younger sister during her visit to Japan earlier this year. Minami stated, "Rather than wanting to be a help to my family, I wanted to convey my heart. My parents helped me a lot for five years."
Listening to the story from the side, Woni shed tears, saying, "I want to buy my mom beef." This is because she remembers the beef her mother worked hard to buy for her in the past as the most precious food. Woni said, "Isn't beef a very precious food? Since beef was the food my mom worked hard to earn and buy for me in the past, I want to buy it for her in the same way," which moved the studio. She then composed herself, adding, "I've been crying so much lately because I'm so happy."
From a connection five years ago to passionate greetings
A special connection between Minami and Jang Do Yeon was also revealed. Minami mentioned her connection from appearing on 'My Teenage Girl' before her debut. Minami, who was a cast member from Japan at the time, recalled bringing delicious rice from Japan, and Jang Do Yeon remembered the event from five years ago, saying she took home the instant rice made from the Koshihikari rice Minami brought and ate it deliciously.

Woni recalled that during her first music show rehearsal, she approached it with the determination to imprint her name by greeting people at the top of her lungs.
