tvN's variety show 'Street Restaurant Fighter' (hereafter 'Street Restaurant Fighter') is showing a downward trend. The fourth episode, aired on the 12th, was held at a 'Street Beer Festival' site with an expected attendance of 2,000 people, featuring a 1-on-1 deathmatch format. The viewership rating for this episode recorded 1.7%, a 0.4 percentage point drop from the previous week, marking its lowest point to date.

In this second round, a rule was applied where two restaurants presented different menus for the first and second halves at the same price, and the final sales were adjusted based on the customers' average star ratings.

Kim Hoon's 'Hungry' wins, Hong Seok-cheon's 'Goal!' shows veteran expertise

In the battle between Kim Hee Eun's 'Byeolnan Bubu' and Kim Hoon's 'Hungry' over a 13,000 won menu, Kim Hoon emerged victorious. Kim Hoon focused on attracting customers by presenting cream shrimp dakgangjeong and butter rice cakes, declaring a sell-out before ingredients ran out. On the other hand, Kim Hee Eun struggled as she failed to open on time due to gnocchi production and complex manual processes. In the final star rating survey, 'Hungry' seized the victory, surpassing 'Byeolnan Bubu,' which received low scores due to service delays.

In the 8,000 won match, Hong Seok-cheon's 'Goal!' defeated Shin Ga-young's 'Don't Tell Grandma.' Shin Ga-young chose to 'maintain blindness' to counter Hong Seok-cheon's popularity, betting on handmade arancini. However, as orders piled up in the second half, her team temporarily suspended orders due to internal conflicts, whereas Hong Seok-cheon managed the waiting lines and continued operations, securing both sales and star ratings.

Edward Young-min Kwon's 'Ma Sikdang' faces order cancellations due to cooking process issues

In the 25,000 won 'French Master Match,' Edward Young-min Kwon's 'Ma Sikdang' clashed with Im Gi-hak's 'Bola Bol.' Im Gi-hak presented a traditional French dish, 'Charcuterie Platter,' while Edward Young-min Kwon succeeded in attracting customers in the first half with a 'Peking Duck' platter.

The second-half battle was decided by the hangover recovery menu. Im Gi-hak drove sales with a high turnover rate by promoting Marseille-style Bouillabaisse as a single menu item. Edward Young-min Kwon presented a hangover pasta that combined French and Chinese cuisines, but due to an excessive cooking process, he could not handle the influx of orders, ultimately resulting in a situation of order cancellations.
