Director John Carney, who directed 'Once' and 'Begin Again,' returns to audiences with his new film 'Sing Again.' The movie depicts the process of two men living stalled lives emerging into the world through music.

The story centers on Rick, an unknown wedding singer, and Danny, a pop star experiencing a slump. After meeting by chance and completing a song together, a rift forms in their relationship when only Danny's name remains after the song's release, leading to a story filled with jealousy and misunderstanding.

Paul Rudd, known for the 'Ant-Man' series, plays Rick, a character who cannot let go of music. To ensure the character's realism, Paul Rudd personally handled the vocals and guitar playing in the film.

Nick Jonas, playing Danny, projected his real-life experience as a musician into his acting. Production company Bypoem Studio released 12 press stills capturing the director's sensibility and the meeting of the two lead actors. The launch trailer depicts the process of the two protagonists creating a song and the conflict surrounding the ownership of the track.

Reunion with Music Director Gary Clark and the Soundtrack

In this work as well, music is the core of the narrative. Music director Gary Clark, who collaborated on 'Sing Street,' participates again to build the soundtrack. The new song 'How to Write a Song (Without You)' is receiving reactions, such as being mentioned as a candidate for Best Original Song during the international awards season.

Director John Carney's previous works recorded 230,000 viewers for 'Once,' over 3.7 million cumulative viewers including re-releases for 'Begin Again,' and over 660,000 viewers for 'Sing Street.' The film 'Sing Again' will be released in theaters nationwide on September 2.
