Nam Bora finds rooftop healing after birth and wants to do it again

Broadcaster Nam Bora shared her daily life at a postpartum care center after giving birth. Nam Bora expressed high satisfaction with the facility environment, such as the pleasant condition of the rooms and the large windows.

In particular, regarding the process of resting while using the rooftop garden and fountain facilities, she mentioned, "It is so healing. I feel like I want to give birth again."

Satisfaction with care center facilities and postpartum recovery

Postpartum weight management figures were also revealed. Nam Bora stated that her weight, which was 59kg at the time of admission, decreased by 2kg to 57kg through the management process.

However, she expressed difficulty in controlling her diet to reach her target weight of 53kg. While saying, "I hate dieting most in the world," Nam Bora simultaneously managed her weight by having soy milk to supplement protein.

The growth indicators for the newborn 'Kong-ari' were also confirmed. The baby's weight increased by 20g from 3.17kg. Nam Bora focused on childcare by meticulously checking the number of feedings and the frequency of urination and bowel movements.

An exercise program for physical recovery was also conducted. Nam Bora participated in a postpartum fitness session to help abdominal recovery, performing breathing techniques and muscle relaxation exercises.
