Nam Bora breathes easier as baby Kong-ari eats, sleeps and settles
The actress opens up about newborn feeding, colic and switching to Namyang formula as Kong-ari's sleep routine begins to settle.
"Stop growing, no"
Actress Nam Bora is spending her days caring for her baby, Kong-ari, who has recently entered a rapid growth spurt. While she feels proud watching the child grow, she also expressed a sense of regret, feeling as though the baby is growing too quickly. Nam Bora conveyed the complex emotions of a parent watching a child grow, noting, "They shouldn't grow any more than this, but it feels like they are growing too fast," as she attempts to regulate the amount of formula being fed.

In particular, the baby's feeding patterns and colic issues were the biggest challenges for Nam Bora. While watching the child struggle with colic or lose sleep, Nam Bora focused on monitoring the baby's condition, making meticulous efforts such as switching formula to create an environment where the child could digest more easily.
Stable sleep patterns and changes in the child after switching formula
Nam Bora recently switched formulas to reduce the child's colic. She closely observed the child's digestive state while changing from the previously used foreign formula to a domestic product, Namyang formula. After the switch, she experienced changes such as a decrease in the frequency of the child's colic and a stabilization of the sleep pattern.
The change in the child eating and sleeping well provided great comfort to Nam Bora. Nam Bora expressed her satisfaction with the child's stable condition, stating, "At this stage, the baby eating and sleeping well is enough to be a great way to repay parents."
Although her body is exhausted from feeding every 2–3 hours and handling housework, Nam Bora spends her days powered by the happiness the child provides. Nam Bora shared her determination, saying, "Even if I get tired, let's try to parent well with a happy heart."
