Actor Kim Kang-woo and footballer Ki Sung-yueng have confirmed they are brothers-in-law with an 11-year age difference. Appearing on tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" on the 22nd, the two revealed they meet during holidays or family events as Kim Kang-woo is the husband of Han Hye Jin's older sister, Han Mu-young, and Ki Sung-yueng is Han Hye Jin's husband.

Kim Kang-woo shared that he has participated in Han Hye Jin's family kimchi-making sessions since his dating days, making it a 22-year tradition with the family. While Ki Sung-yueng could not attend every time due to his long years living abroad, he expressed his gratitude to Kim Kang-woo for taking such good care of the family.

Honest stories about their relationship with their in-laws also emerged. Kim Kang-woo confessed that his mother-in-law finds him, as the eldest son-in-law, somewhat intimidating. "Mother finds me a bit difficult to approach. Because I am the eldest son-in-law, she finds me quite intimidating," he said, adding that his mother-in-law sometimes avoids the room when he returns home. On the other hand, he drew laughter by noting that she is much more comfortable with the youngest son-in-law, Ki Sung-yueng. Ki Sung-yueng explained that he maintains a much more relaxed relationship thanks to his experience living with his mother-in-law for seven years during his time in the English Premier League.

It happened during a tight schedule when the team had to move to Poland after a match against Northern Ireland. "I entered the locker room with Son Heung-min, but our gimbap was gone. The staff members were all eating the gimbap," Ki Sung-yueng recalled. Reflecting on how he lost his temper at the staff—combining hunger with the stress of a match loss after someone had eaten three rolls of gimbap—he made a self-deprecating confession, saying, "Thinking about it now, I look pathetic."

Ki Sung-yueng went on to mention various instances of interference from other countries toward the national team, such as a bus driver driving in the opposite direction of the accommodation during the move to Poland, or fireworks being set off at 2 AM during the China final qualifiers to disturb the players' sleep.

Ki Sung-yueng expressed the difficulties he faces due to his wife Han Hye Jin's proactive personality. "Since my wife takes the lead in everything, there isn't much I can actually do. I get scolded if I stay still, and I get scolded if I try to do something," he said, seeking empathy from Yoo Jae-suk. In response, Kim Kang-woo remarked that Ki Sung-yueng listens to his wife very well.

In fact, Ki Sung-yueng revealed that the reason he has been growing his hair out recently is because of Han Hye Jin. When his wife told him, "It's nice because it feels like I'm living with a different person when you grow your hair," he replied, "I felt like I should at least listen to her words."
