Veteran actor Yoo Seung-mok, now in his 36th year, takes on the role of storyteller in this program. Having shared his first-ever acceptance speech after winning Best Supporting Actor at this year's Baeksang Arts Awards, he now heads out in front of the camera to find the true masters of local neighborhoods.
With an introverted personality, Yoo Seung-mok made efforts to connect with citizens, such as personally waiting in line to deeply empathize with the masters' lives. His attentive listening and meticulous note-taking of the masters' philosophies in an old notebook are also captured as key scenes in the first broadcast.

In the first episode airing on July 15, the show visits a famous meat restaurant in Dongmyo and a renowned Chinese restaurant located in Manan-gu, Anyang. Yoo Seung-mok is set to meet these masters to capture their long-cultivated culinary skills, their relationships with local residents, and their business know-how.
