Seo In-guk and Miso clock in for tvN's weary office romance
tvN's Going to Work Tomorrow Too! premieres June 22, with Seo In-guk and Miso leading a Kakao Webtoon office romance on Prime Video overseas.
Seo In-guk and Park Ji-hyun will meet viewers through tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Going to Work Tomorrow Too!' at 8:50 p.m. on June 22. The series follows the repeated daily rhythm of working life while placing a romance within the emotions and fatigue that build up inside that routine.

'Going to Work Tomorrow Too!' centers on Cha Ji-yoon, a seventh-year office worker worn down by everyday life, as she clashes with Kang Si-woo, a supervisor who puts rules first. Park Ji-hyun plays Cha Ji-yoon, while Seo In-guk takes on the role of Kang Si-woo, a team leader who has returned from the company's U.S. branch.
The first episode will air on tvN at 8:50 p.m. on June 22.
Rather than beginning as a simple workplace dating story, the drama first places the office worker's day at the front. Its romance is set against scenes such as mornings spent turning off an alarm and forcing the body up, words swallowed at work, and nights endured after clocking out with chicken and beer.
Cha Ji-yoon is not drawn as someone struggling because she is bad at her job. She is portrayed as a person who has become more exhausted because she has grown used to simply holding on. Kang Si-woo is a boss who does not smile easily and does not readily let people close. The tension that forms as the two repeatedly face each other within the same project leads into the main conflict of the first episode.
The drama is based on the Kakao Webtoon of the same name, which is known to have recorded more than 200 million cumulative views. The television adaptation brings that story to the screen in a 12-episode format.
In the drama version, the process by which Cha Ji-yoon and Kang Si-woo become necessary to each other is expected to be treated as an important part of the story. The mood of the series will also depend on how it captures the sensations of working life, including meeting rooms, overtime, a supervisor's way of speaking, and the distance that exists among colleagues.
In South Korea, the series will air as a tvN Monday-Tuesday drama, while overseas it will be released through Prime Video. The official trailer foregrounded the English title 'See You At Work Tomorrow!,' making the office romance genre clear.
Seo In-guk has moved between fantasy and romance in previous works while adjusting the emotional temperature of his performances, and Park Ji-hyun has shown acting that leaves a sense of tremor beneath a calm expression. Viewers will be able to see on the night of June 22 what kind of chemistry the two actors create inside a familiar workplace romance setting.
