Seo In-guk's '3NO Man' softens with flowers and quiet patience
In tvN's Going to Work Tomorrow Too!, Seo In-guk's Kang Si-woo woos Park Ji-hyun's Cha Ji-yoon with flowers, supplements and patience.
The Change in '3NO Man' Kang Si-woo: Expressing Feelings Through Actions Rather Than Words
Seo In-guk is heightening the drama's immersion in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Going to Work Tomorrow!' by transforming from a cold-hearted boss into a tender lover. In the series, Seo In-guk plays Kang Si-woo, a so-called '3NO Man' who does not smile, keeps people at a distance, and rarely apologizes. While Kang Si-woo is a character with a cold side who prioritizes work and principles above all else, he reveals a completely different face as he grows closer to Cha Ji-yoon (played by Park Ji-hyun).

Episodes 7 and 8, which aired on the 13th and 14th, depicted the changes in Kang Si-woo after he began dating. While maintaining his image as a flawless boss at the office, he showed a meticulous side by preparing flowers and nutritional supplements for Ji-yoon. Rather than expressing his emotions outwardly, Kang Si-woo chose to convey his heart through actions instead of words. His tendency to appear indifferent yet take care of Ji-yoon at decisive moments makes the character multi-dimensional.
His attitude when Ji-yoon wavered due to relationship issues was also noteworthy. Instead of pushing her by prioritizing his own feelings, Kang Si-woo silently stayed by her side, waiting so that Ji-yoon could make her own choice. This cautious and stable attitude adds to the enjoyment of the office romance.
