MONSTA X Kihyun has made his comeback. On the 9th, Kihyun appeared on Mnet's 'M Countdown' to perform the title track 'So Good' from his 2nd mini album 'BORDERLINE' for the first time. Dressed in a suit, Kihyun performed the song on a stage featuring a large pinwheel set.
The title track 'So Good' captures the moment one decides to trust their own senses and choices. The performance transitioned from delicate vocals in the beginning to high-pitched sections in the latter half.
Reaches #1 in 5 Countries on iTunes and Top 5 in 12 Countries
Released on the 7th, the 2nd mini album 'BORDERLINE' climbed to 21st on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart immediately upon release. Notably, it hit number one in five countries—including Australia, Finland, and the Netherlands—on the iTunes Top 100 K-pop Album Chart. It also secured 3rd place on the US charts and entered the top 5 in a total of 12 countries, including Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Japan, and Mexico. The US business magazine Forbes also highlighted Kihyun's recent activities.
Comeback Promotions Continue with 'Music Bank' on the 10th
Kihyun's music show promotions will continue. Following his 'M Countdown' performance on the 9th, Kihyun is scheduled to appear on KBS2's 'Music Bank' on the 10th to continue his 'So Good' performances. Previously, Kihyun appeared on MBC Radio's 'Kim Eana's Starry Night' to discuss his new music.
