BTS RM's cold-window lesson reveals how his leadership changed
On Fashion Neurosis, BTS leader RM reflects on his once dogmatic style, while Jimin extends his Star Ranking streak to 247 weeks.
"If someone has to do it, I will" RM reveals his leadership philosophy
BTS leader RM has opened up about the struggles and leadership evolution he experienced while leading the group. Appearing on the podcast 'Fashion Neurosis' hosted by British fashion designer Bella Freud, RM reflected on his past self.

RM confessed that during the first 8 to 9 years of their activities, he maintained a strong and dogmatic leadership style. This was driven by the pressure to unify the individualities of seven members who grew up in different environments into a single team. "As the members gained their own names and careers, the old ways no longer worked," he explained, noting that he subsequently changed his way of communicating.
He compared the responsibility of a leader to an "open window." RM remarked, "Imagine a situation where everyone is lying on the sofa, but the window is open and it's cold. If no one moves to close the window, I believe the person who gets up to close it is the leader."
