Yoon Shi-yoon is preparing for his debut in the musical 'Those Days,' which is set in the Blue House security office and returns for a new season after three years. The performance will run from June 9 to August 23 at the D-Cube Link Art Center. He has been diligently practicing for his first musical role, though specific details about the character he will portray in 'Those Days' have not yet been released.

Yoon Shi-yoon first gained public recognition in 2009 with his debut in MBC's sitcom 'High Kick Through the Roof!' as Jung Jun-hyuk. He later starred as Kim Tak-gu in KBS 2TV's drama 'Bread, Love and Dreams,' leading the show to nearly 50% viewership and earning the Rookie Award and Excellence in Acting Award, solidifying his status as a K-wave star. In historical dramas, he portrayed Lee Hui, the Crown Prince, in TV Chosun's 'Grand Prince,' skillfully portraying the conflict between politics and love. In SBS's 'Your Honor,' he played both Han Su-ho and Han Kang-ho in a dual role, winning the SBS Acting Awards for Excellence in a Drama Series. In 'It's Beautiful Now,' he played Lee Hyun-jae, earning the Best Couple Award and Excellence in Acting Award in the Long-Form Drama category at the KBS Drama Awards.

In film, he portrayed Kim Dae-geon in the 2022 release 'The Birth of a Body God,' depicting the life of Korea's first Catholic priest, and took on the role of Kim Chang-su in 'When Our Love Blooms,' challenging the romantic genre. In music, he released digital singles 'You Resemble Spring,' 'I'll Tell You,' and 'Gliding' consecutively in 2018. Yoon Shi-yoon recently signed an exclusive contract with R&C Entertainment and is currently reviewing scripts for his next project. His recent activities include a special appearance as Cha Byung-jin in SBS's 'Taxi Driver 3,' where he won the New Star Award, and starring as Kim Dae-geon in tvN's 'Youth Kim Dae-geon,' leading a three-part drama series.
