During his active duty, he appeared on various educational and entertainment programs as a crime expert and holds the distinction of being the first active-duty police officer to engage in YouTube activities to communicate with the public.

His YouTube channel has showcased a friendly side, featuring crime prevention information, victim counseling, and case reporting, as well as daily life with his pet dog, 'Pung-sun-i.'
