VIXX's Leo admits Hanhae now gets one text every five years

New character 'Cell 109' in the musical 'Yumi's Cells'

On the episode of tvN's variety show 'Amazing Saturday' aired on the 18th, Tiffany Young, Sunmi, and Leo appeared as guests.

Leo, who has recently been active on musical stages, spoke about his role in the musical 'Yumi's Cells.' He explained, "I play Cell 109, a character that does not exist in the drama or the webtoon."

Fellow guest Tiffany Young added that the character was a setting specifically created by the writer.

"Did they fight?" Confessing a distant relationship with Hanhae

During the broadcast, the studio atmosphere grew restless when Boom directed a question toward Leo, saying, "A former best friend is sitting in this spot."

Kim Dong-hyun raised rumors of a falling out by asking, "Did they fight?" When Leo pointed to Hanhae, Sunmi joked, "I'm a victim too," drawing laughter from the crowd.

Leo noted that they became close because their periods of activity overlapped, making it inevitable that they met frequently. Hanhae also admitted that he was close with Leo back when he was active as part of the unit Phantom. Leo recalled their special bond, noting that he liked Hanhae's rapping so much that he even asked him to feature on his songs.

"A relationship where we text once every five years"

The relationship between the two has changed from the past. Mentioning Hanhae's recent activities, Leo said, "At some point, I wondered if he suddenly stopped making music. He appears on TV variety shows a lot now."

He then candidly confessed that they are now in a relationship where "we text about once every five years."

Hanhae immediately offered an excuse, stating, "Seeing someone often doesn't necessarily mean you are close."

When Boom retorted, "Then just who on earth is Hanhae close with?", the set erupted in laughter.
