Park Ji-hyun blindfolds himself for a Mokpo knife flex on Radio Star

"I can do it even with my eyes closed" Proving past skills of processing 60,000 skate fish

Singer Park Ji-hyun revealed that before his debut, he spent six years helping his parents sell seafood, during which he processed 60,000 skate fish. The upcoming episode of MBC's 'Radio Star,' airing on the 29th at 10:30 p.m., will be presented as a 'Miracle Las' special alongside Yoon Mira, Kangnam, and Han Da-gam.
On this day, Park Ji-hyun attempted to process skate fish in the studio while blindfolded. Expressing confidence by stating, "I can process skate fish even with my eyes closed," Park Ji-hyun actually picked up a knife with both eyes covered to demonstrate his 'Mokpo Knife Master' skills.
A national schedule handling 20 events per month
Recently, Park Ji-hyun's schedule has been relentless. He is maintaining a grueling pace, handling more than 20 events a month and traveling long distances from Mokpo to Samcheok. He is also balancing a nationwide tour concert and drama OST work.
Park Ji-hyun mentioned the moments when multiple staff members run quickly toward him as he comes down from the stage to change outfits between performances. He remarked, "When I see my reflection in the full-length mirror, I feel like a real celebrity." His popularity in his hometown of Mokpo is also overwhelming. Recalling how his banners were hung throughout all of Mokpo during his appearance on a competition program, he reminisced, "It was just all me. I thought it was my own country." When asked who the number one person in Mokpo is currently, he chose himself without hesitation.
10 years of boxing experience and a dance medley
Despite shedding his novice variety show label, he showed signs of nervousness during the early stages of the 'Radio Star' recording. To relieve his tension, Park Ji-hyun performed a dance song medley he had polished during his nationwide tour concert. He led the studio atmosphere by continuing with songs and dances he personally selected so that audiences of various ages could enjoy them.
Park Ji-hyun's unique songwriting method was also revealed. He, who usually draws inspiration from surrounding objects to write lyrics, shared lyrics he wrote himself. A quiz followed where participants had to guess the objects appearing in the lyrics, and the MCs expressed surprise at the unexpected answers. His experience of boxing for about 10 years was also disclosed. To show off the jump rope skills he acquired through boxing training, Park Ji-hyun attempted double unders.
