'Kwak-Ppa-Won' Reunites to Challenge Film Directing
PaniBottle, KwakTube, and Wonji, known as the three titans of travel creators, are picking up the dice once again. 'Earth Marble World Tour,' the travel variety show produced by ENA and TEO, is returning for Season 4, with its first broadcast scheduled for this October.
The core theme of this season is the 'Earth Marble Travel Film Festival.' Moving beyond the existing format of simply traveling to destinations, the show will capture the process of the cast members recording their travels through their own unique perspectives to complete films that feel like actual movies. Depending on the personality of each cast member, the travel destinations will be reborn into various genres such as action, comedy, and romance.
A Film Competition for the 'Golden Cloud Prize'
A new competitive element is also being introduced. At the end of the journey, a process will unfold to determine the best director based on the travel films they have created. The cast member who completes the most outstanding work will be awarded the 'Golden Cloud Prize.' The winner will be decided by combining viewer internet voting with expert judging results.
During the journey, ultra-special travel partners will join to assist the cast members. Who these individuals are has not yet been revealed.
The Return of an IP with 75 Million Cumulative Views
'Earth Marble World Tour' is a series that has already proven its powerful influence. Traveling through a total of 38 countries from Season 1 to Season 3, the series has recorded a cumulative total of 75 million views. It also achieved the feat of being sold to a total of 115 countries in the overseas market.
Season 4 will once again combine the planning of PD Kim Tae-ho with the production capabilities of TEO. The production team stated, "The movie-like journeys and travel films that the three members will create, reflecting their individual styles, will provide diverse entertainment."
