"Protect my princess image" — the real chemistry between Urabe Hikaru and Hie

Behind the image of idols bathed in glamorous stage lights, there are unexpected moments of human commotion and laughter. Amidst a busy schedule traveling between Osaka and Tokyo, the members of Kep1er approached fans not through perfection, but by relying on one another and occasionally showing their clumsy, endearing sides.

At the center of this journey was the playful 'roommate chemistry' between members Urabe Hikaru and Hie. Urabe Hikaru, who showed a serious commitment to skincare ahead of their fan meeting, even requested help from her roommate Hie due to schedules starting in the early morning. Urabe Hikaru, who drew laughter with her quirky behavior while half-asleep, and Hie, who struggled while being swept up in Urabe Hikaru's daily life, presented a reversal charm quite different from their charismatic stage personas.

In particular, Urabe Hikaru jokingly said, "Protect my princess image" during her daily life. While feeling upset about a bruise on her knee, her ability to move past the situation with her signature bright energy showed the deep bond between the members.

From 60% before the stage to 100% after the stage, 'the joy of eating'

Diet management is an unavoidable task for idols, but Kep1er handles it in their own way. Just before a performance, they control their food intake to about 60% to maintain tension, but the moment the performance ends and digestion is complete, their intake races toward '100%.' The time spent eating to replenish the energy poured out on stage is the happiest reward for them.

From the salads enjoyed after the Osaka performance to the abura soba time in Tokyo, the members did not hide their joy of eating. They added to their relatability by enjoying parfaits to recharge their sugar levels between schedules or choosing French toast for breakfast while dreaming of being 'trendy women.' The members' honest confession that "eating time is the happiest" shows their attempt not to miss small joys even amidst intense activities.

Kep1er prepares for their next stage while filling each other's gaps despite their busy schedules. This noisy yet warm record behind the glamorous stage once again confirms to fans that they are individuals growing together.
