On the 9th, Son Naeun posted several photos from the filming set of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Manager Kim' on her SNS with the caption, "I am Jung Sang-ah."

In the released photos, Son Naeun shows the urgent situation of her character, Jung Sang-ah, with vivid bruises on her face while holding a blood-stained knife in one hand. The photos also capture behind-the-scenes moments of the filming, such as her performing an action scene with her face pressed against a billiard table.

From bank clerk to special agent, a rapidly shifting character identity

In the drama, Jung Sang-ah, played by Son Naeun, initially appears as an assistant manager at Sangsaeng Savings Bank, portraying a trend-sensitive office worker. However, it was recently revealed that she is actually an agent belonging to the Republic of Korea's Special Mission Bureau, who took undercover employment to monitor Manager Kim (played by So Ji-sub).

Since her identity was revealed, Son Naeun has been showcasing a side different from her previous image by performing high-difficulty scenes, including gunfights, close-quarters combat, and knife action. In particular, her intense action sequences performed in leather outfits are serving as an element that adds tension to the drama.

'Manager Kim' surpasses 21.6% viewership rating, following an upward curve every episode

The drama 'Manager Kim,' based on the popular webtoon of the same name, is garnering attention as its viewership ratings continue to rise.

Starting at 9.5% for the first episode, 'Manager Kim' reached 15.75%, then 18.8%, and recorded a viewership rating of 21.6% according to Nielsen Korea for the 4th episode broadcast on the 4th. With its figures rising sharply every episode, 'Manager Kim' will continue with its 5th episode on the 10th.
