From Cameo to Lead: An 8-Year Journey Blooming into a New World

Heo Nam-jun's trajectory has been dramatic. When he began his acting career through the 2019 film 'The First Shot', he was a supporting actor appearing for only 74 seconds. However, after steadily building his filmography over eight years, he has now established himself as a leading actor who carries his projects.

After making his terrestrial broadcast debut in the 2023 KBS2 drama 'The Matchmakers', he expanded his presence across various platforms, including Netflix's 'Sweet Home' Seasons 2 and 3 and Disney+'s 'The Impossible Heir'. He particularly drew attention in 2024 for his chilling villainous performance as Kim Sang-hyuk, the son of Kim Myung-min, in the ENA drama 'Your Honor'. Since then, he has broadened his scope through appearances in MBC's 'When the Phone Rings', tvN's 'When the Stars Gossip', a special appearance in JTBC's 'The Dream Life of Mr. Kim', and MBC's 'Perfect Crown'.

Most recently, he led the success of the SBS drama 'My Royal Nemesis' by playing Cha Se-gye, a character described as a monster of capitalism, helping the show reach a peak viewership rating of 11.8% (Nielsen Korea nationwide).

100 Minutes with Fans and the Upcoming Project 'Whale Star'

Heo Nam-jun is preparing a diverse 100-minute stage for this fan meeting. The organizers expressed their hope that this meeting will serve as a precious first encounter with fans and the beginning of an unforgettable journey for both sides. Carrying the meaning of moving toward the 'NEXT' together with his fans, this performance is expected to be a special time for both the actor, now in his eighth year since debut, and his supporters.

His momentum continues following the fan meeting. Heo Nam-jun is currently focusing on filming the tvN drama 'Whale Star'. In this production based on a webtoon, he is set to showcase a new side of his acting in the role of Song Hae-su.
