Rookie girl group Heart Of Woman's first studio album has caught the attention of the US Billboard charts.

Heart Of Woman’s debut storms Billboard’s K-pop album list at No. 15

On the 20th (local time), Billboard announced its 'The 25 Best K-Pop Albums of 2026 (So Far), Ranked: Staff Picks' via its official website, placing Heart Of Woman's debut studio album 'Heart Byte : LEGACY' at number 15. Billboard evaluated the group's decision to release a full-length studio album immediately upon debut as a bold move, noting the high level of quality found in the tracks.

Musical Identity Infused with New Jack Swing and R&B Colors

The title track, 'Lost in Proof,' is a style that combines 1990s New Jack Swing sounds with 2000s Spanish guitar elements. Centered around Korean lyrics, the song incorporates a Y3K concept reminiscent of a virtual future.

The tracklist is equally solid. 'Told U So' showcases an addictive rhythm, while 'TEA' and '$.' highlight the members' vocal harmonies. In particular, 'Skit.exe,' which Billboard singled out as a must-listen track, was led by main producer DWAYNE.

Building the 'H.O.W Universe' Through Four Music Videos

Heart Of Woman also focused on building a visual narrative. By sequentially releasing a total of four music videos covering the title track and B-sides, they showcased distinct genres, performances, and storytelling for each song. These attempts served as the foundation for the group's original worldview, the 'H.O.W Universe.'

Having debuted this past May, Heart Of Woman continues their activities, handling a wide variety of genres, including the album track 'Close To Me.'
