Ateez sails through Yokohama fan meeting as 'BAD' hits No. 2

The group Ateez met with local Japanese fans. From the 4th to the 6th, Ateez held their 2026 Fan Meeting 'ATINY’S VOYAGE : TINY MYSTERY' for three days at the K-Arena Yokohama in Japan.

During the performance, Ateez showcased stages for their representative songs, including 'Ghost', 'Wake Up', 'NASA', 'WAVE', 'WORK', and 'Adrenaline'. Including the title track 'BAD' from their 5th Japanese single released on the 29th of last month, they also performed 'Answer', 'INCEPTION', and 'Better' in Japanese versions.

Unit stages capturing each member's individuality and challenges

Unit cover stages that highlighted the members' unique colors were also performed. San and Jang Wooyoung performed TVXQ's 'MIROTIC', while Park Seong-hwa and Mingi took the stage for Trouble Maker's 'Trouble Maker'. Yunho and Jongho added wit with Jadu's 'Conversation Needed', and Hongjoong and Kang Yeo-sang presented Kara's 'Pretty Girl'.

Local trending dance challenges were also included in the stage composition. They successively completed the 'mosi mosi?' challenge by Sasane, Kara's 'Mr.', and CUTIE STREET's 'Pri Kyu Kyu' challenge. After finishing the performance, Ateez shared, "We prepared hard to show you various sides of ourselves. We had a happy time thanks to ATINY, who always welcome us warmly."

Recording No. 2 on the Japanese Single Oricon Chart

Ateez's success in Japan is reflected in the numbers. Their 5th Japanese single rose to No. 2 on the Oricon Daily and Weekly Single Rankings. It also appeared on major charts such as Billboard Japan and Spotify Japan.

Ateez will appear on TV Asahi's 'Music Station' on the 7th, and on the 10th, they will take the stage on TBS 'CDTV Live! Live!' to perform the Japanese version of the title track 'BAD'.
