Kim Jong-kook Restructures Workout Routine to Manage Physical Damage
Singer Kim Jong-kook recently revealed changes to his workout methods through his channel. Kim Jong-kook stated that he has restructured his routine to manage the damage accumulating in his body, moving away from his previous focus on chest, back, and arms.

"Damage accumulates in the entire body, and the fatigue continues until the next day," Kim Jong-kook explained, noting that he changed his routine to perform high-intensity lower body workouts followed by a full day of rest the next day.
The specific weekly routine begins with a chest-focused 'Push Day' on Monday, followed by a 'Pull Day' that includes the back, rear shoulders, and biceps. This is followed by a lower body workout, a day of rest, and then a sequence of shoulders, arms, and chest. Kim Jong-kook emphasized the importance of rest, considering the significant damage caused during lower body workouts.
KISS OF LIFE Full Group Appears… Checking Condition Ahead of 'Benedict'
All members of the girl group KISS OF LIFE appeared in the video. The members shared that they have recently been incorporating weight training into their exercise regimen. Kim Jong-kook checked the members' changed physical conditions, mentioning physical changes such as chest volume.
The members' condition is linked to the upcoming 'Benedict' schedule. Regarding the schedule set for Sunday, Kim Jong-kook said, "Before the Benedict departure ceremony, I will gather everyone once and do a body check." \Meanwhile, in this video, Kim Jong-kook introduced functional clothing made of 'Full Sensor' material produced in collaboration with Adidas. He explained the functionality of sweat and heat dissipation and showcased collaboration items, such as a bag he personally participated in designing.
