On JTBC's 'Divorce Mediation Camp,' Seo Jang-hoon reacts in disbelief as a couple clashes over childcare, money and empathy.
On JTBC's 'Divorce Mediation Camp,' a couple considering divorce appeared to reveal their differing perspectives.

The wife pointed out that her husband has only represented his mother's position during conflict situations. Tension escalated when the husband, while attempting to leave the child in his mother's care, stated he could not provide the 2.5 million won required for necessary financial support.
The wife raised the practical issue that if they were to live with the mother-in-law, it would be difficult to fully provide living expenses or child support. In response, the husband replied that if his mother looks after the child, he might be able to give her around 100,000 to 200,000 won as living expenses, but the wife expressed frustration, stating this does not align with reality.
"I Think I'm Doing Well" - Seo Jang-hoon 'Shocked' by Husband's Attitude
During the conversation, the husband remarked regarding his own attitude, "I think I'm doing well for myself." The husband mentioned that he often hears from people around him that he is unique, and regarding his wife's stress, he showed a lack of empathy, reacting with, "I wonder if it's something to be stressed about that seriously." Furthermore, he evaluated his own actions optimistically, claiming that since his wife has a strong personality, he is simply accommodating her.
As these remarks from the husband continued, cast member Seo Jang-hoon showed a reaction of disbelief. In particular, despite knowing that the wife had been looking after the two children alone for the past three weeks, Seo Jang-hoon reacted by saying he could not understand how anyone could be so unapologetic about their own role.
Conflicting Positions and Lack of Empathy
The wife pointed out the husband's role, mentioning the situation where she had to care for the children alone for the past three weeks. On the other hand, the husband countered, claiming he had not failed to do what he must do as a father. The wife said the situation would have been different if the husband had empathized by saying, "You must have been really upset," but the husband maintained his position that it was difficult to empathize with his wife's emotions.
