ARTMS reveals how the 'Born Stunner' MV built its Fake MV format, sword action, BLUE BLOOD visuals and tour-ready details.
The group ARTMS has released behind-the-scenes footage from the filming of their new song 'Born Stunner' music video. This music video was produced in a 'Fake MV' format, differentiating itself from conventional methods. In the video, the members shared that, unlike their previous music video which prepared for a feature film format, they are making an adventurous attempt this time to capture a new feeling. On the filming set, choreography tailored to the song's atmosphere and acting practice for specific scenes took place.
Fake MV Format Introduction
The filming process included action scenes utilizing swords. One of the members revealed being a regular animation fan and expressed interest in the sword-handling acting. The video captures them practicing specific movements, such as handling the scabbard while unsheathing the sword.
Animation-Motif Sword Action and 'BLUE BLOOD' Concept
Toward the end of the filming, acting involving applying paint to their faces continued to match the 'BLUE BLOOD' concept. The members stated that the process of applying paint to their faces helped with their acting.
Detailed Preparation Ahead of World Tour
Preparation processes for conceptual continuity were also observed on set. The members paid attention to details, such as recreating the nail designs from their past 'Virtual Angel' music video. One member even mentioned the need to maintain their nail condition in consideration of their schedule in Japan and elsewhere.
Meanwhile, ARTMS is scheduled to conduct the world tour 〈Art of BLUE BLOOD〉, starting with a Seoul performance in September 2026 and continuing through a North American tour in October.
