Young K opens his YOUNGEST era with 15 songs and Incheon dates
DAY6's Young K returns July 27 with 2nd full album YOUNGEST, featuring Shut The Door and 15 credited tracks ahead of an August Incheon tour.
Young K of the band DAY6 will release his 2nd full album, 'YOUNGEST', on July 27 at 6 PM. This marks his comeback approximately 2 years and 10 months after his first solo full-length album, 'Letters with notes', released in September 2023.
The scale of the tracks included in this album is particularly striking. A total of 15 songs are featured, including the title track 'Shut The Door', along with 'Marionette', 'F world', 'Hey Honey', 'Cheer Song', 'SPIKE', 'Yonge St', 'million reasons', '100 Reasons Why We Break Up (with JINJOO of DNCE)', 'Drivin' into Hell', 'whatever', 'Goodbye, Love', 'Heading Home', 'Baby's Breath', and 'Coffee in the Studio'. Young K is credited on all 15 tracks.
Dreamy Concept Photos Released with Blue Backgrounds
The first concept photos released ahead of the comeback capture Young K's transformed atmosphere. The four images released through DAY6's official SNS on the 13th show Young K in all-white styling against a blue background.
In the images, Young K creates a dreamy mood with an expression as if lost in thought. Teasing content, schedules, and the tracklist are being released sequentially, signaling the preparations for the comeback.
Solo Tour to be Held in Incheon for Three Days Starting August 14
Following the album release, the performance schedule to meet fans has also been confirmed. Young K will hold his solo tour, 'Young K Solo Tour in INCHEON', for three days from August 14 to 16.
This performance is his first solo concert in Korea in approximately three years since his solo concert 'Young K Solo Concert' held in September 2023. During this tour, he is expected to perform the new songs from the new album live.
