Young K transforms with slicked-back hair, revealing two distinct concept photos

Young K, a member of the band DAY6, is making a comeback with a solo studio album after approximately 2 years and 10 months.

On the 15th and 16th, agency JYP Entertainment released concept teaser images for Young K's 2nd studio album 'YOUNGEST' through DAY6's official SNS channels. In the released photos, Young K showcases two contrasting moods within a single album. In shots with warm color tones, he displays a friendly charm, while in shots featuring sharp gazes and slicked-back hair styling, he reveals intense charisma.

On the 17th, the 'Key of the YOUNGEST' teaser image, which hints at the album's narrative, was additionally uploaded. The keyhole design at the center of the image foreshadows the story of the new album. Related promotional content will be released sequentially until the 22nd.

2nd studio album featuring 15 tracks, singer-songwriter participates in all songs

This 2nd studio album, 'YOUNGEST,' is the follow-up to the first solo studio album 'Letters with notes' released by Young K in September 2023. Young K directly participated in the production of all tracks, including the title song 'Shut The Door.'

The album contains a total of 15 songs, including the title track 'Shut The Door' and 'Marionette,' 'F world,' 'Hey Honey,' 'Cheer Song,' 'SPIKE,' 'Yonge St.,' 'million reasons,' '100 Reasons Why We Break Up (with JINJOO of DNCE),' 'Drivin' into Hell,' 'whatever,' 'Goodbye, Love,' 'Heading Home,' 'Baby's Breath,' and 'Coffee in the Studio.'

Music release on July 27 and solo concert in INCHEON to be held in August

The 2nd studio album 'YOUNGEST' and the title song 'Shut The Door' will be released worldwide through various music release sites on July 27 at 6 PM.

A solo tour will follow the comeback. Young K will hold his solo concert 'Young K Solo Tour in INCHEON' at the INCHEON Inspire Arena from August 14 to 16.
