ONEWE traces a guitar-lit path to Neverland in 'Line : The Wake'
ONEWE released 'Line : The Wake' on July 27, linking its 'Point, Line, Plane' series to 'We Are Missing (Neverland)' and an August album.
A musical narrative continuing from 'Point' to 'Line'
Band ONEWE has opened the second page of their new musical universe. Composed of Yong-hun, Gang-hyeon, Ha-rin, Dong-myeong, and Giuk, ONEWE released the digital single 'Line : The Wake' through various music release sites at 6 p.m. on the 27th.

This new release follows the flow of the second single, 'Point : The Quiver,' released this past May. ONEWE has connected the tremors that began at 'Point' to this 'Line.' They are scheduled to release their 3rd full-length album, 'Plane : Unknown Atlas,' on August 19 to present 'Plane,' the final stage of the series.
A dreamy journey to Neverland
The title track, 'We Are Missing (Neverland),' depicts the moment when those exhausted by the hardships of reality are drawn into Neverland, a fantasy space kept deep within their hearts. The sound, which harmonizes grunge-toned electric guitar with a stable rhythm section, realizes the spatiality of the song.
The lyrics include phrases such as 'In the stopped time / Scattering memories,' 'Though I am sometimes afraid / Of today drifting away,' 'The moment I meet you again / On a dazzlingly beautiful day,' and 'If you tell me it's okay / My once imperfect world / Will shine even brighter.'
The accompanying music video uses an animation format to incorporate fantasy elements. Set in Neverland, where the sun and moon rise simultaneously, the members transform into Peter Pan, an explorer, a mermaid, a forest guardian, and a fairy, showing themselves in flight. The video visualizes the song's atmosphere using warm colors.
A musical world built with the participation of all members in songwriting
Having debuted in 2019, ONEWE has released numerous songs such as 'Icarus,' 'Asteroid,' 'Nocturnal,' 'The Boy Who Brings Rain,' 'Starry Night,' 'Orbit,' 'Veronica's Island,' 'Star,' and 'Your Universe.' All members participate directly in the songwriting process, building a unique musical color.
This 'Point, Line, Plane' series is a process of organically connecting the sound and storytelling that ONEWE has accumulated. The narrative that began with 'Point' this past May has expanded through this 'Line,' and the flow leading to the 3rd full-length album 'Plane' on August 19 is a core axis of the musical map constructed by ONEWE.
