Singer Lee Chan Won has once again practiced warm sharing by gathering the support of his fans. The Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation (Chairperson Lee Seong-hee) announced on the 8th that it received a 700,000 won donation in the name of Lee Chan Won from the June 'Good Star' King's Match prize money.

This donation will be used to support care and treatment costs for children and adolescents suffering from pediatric cancer, leukemia, and rare incurable diseases. This program operated by the foundation targets patients aged 19 and under, aiming to ease the financial burden on families by providing support for caregiving expenses, living costs, and food expenses incurred during long-term treatment. The fans' affection for the artist has translated into practical help for the young patients and their families.

Cumulative Donations Reach 79.41 Million Won Through Consistent Giving

The cumulative donations Lee Chan Won has steadily built up through 'Good Star' now total 79.41 million won. This continuous act of sharing delivers hope to children undergoing treatment and their families.

Hong Seung-yoon, a director at the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, stated, "We are deeply grateful to Lee Chan Won and everyone supporting him for delivering warm hearts every month so that the children and their families do not lose hope during their lonely journey of fighting illness. The donated funds will be used preciously for pediatric cancer patient families in need of care."

Meanwhile, Lee Chan Won successfully concluded his nationwide tour by finishing his solo concert encore, 'Chan-ga: A Radiant Day,' at the KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, last month. He is currently active in various programs, including KBS 2TV 'Immortal Songs.'
