Kwon Jin Ah turns G-Dragon's emoji into a fearless rock stage

Singer Kwon Jin Ah shared behind-the-scenes stories from her recent concert preparations. Appearing on KBS 'The Seasons: Road to Seasons', Kwon Jin Ah revealed that she drew inspiration from a video of G-Dragon while composing her concert setlist.

In particular, she added that G-Dragon leaving an emoji on her video provided great strength. Kwon Jin Ah explained that after watching G-Dragon's powerful performance, she wanted to inherit that energy.

Mega crew performance with 14 dancers

Kwon Jin Ah's efforts to increase the quality of her stage were also revealed. She invested most of her performance production costs into a mega crew performance involving 14 dancers.

To ensure the focus remained on the stage and to enhance the quality, she personally participated in the selection of every costume and prop. Kwon Jin Ah mentioned that she prepared so meticulously that she even personally looked up the performance outfits of Rosé and Jang Won-hyung.

Presents rock version arrangement of 'Something's Wrong'

In this stage, Kwon Jin Ah went beyond her existing emotional vocals to present a rock version arrangement of 'Something's Wrong', reinterpreted with an intense band sound.

Sharing the concerns she felt while preparing her rock album, Kwon Jin Ah stated that she gained the courage to attempt this style of arrangement thanks to the encouragement of her senior artists.
