From the 'Ipchun' Chart Climb to New Releases: Musical Powerhouse

This sell-out is even more meaningful given Jung Seung-hwan's consistent musical momentum. His cover of Hanroro's 'Ipchun,' performed on DAY6's Young K's YouTube channel 'Gong K' on May 26, surpassed a combined 1.5 million views within about two weeks of its release. Driven by the influence of this video, the original song 'Ipchun,' released in 2022, climbed to 48th place on the Melon daily chart, marking a chart reversal and breaking its own highest ranking.

His new song 'As If It Were Today,' which he participated in writing and composing, is also receiving steady love. Released on May 25, the track showed a gradual upward trend on the Melon daily chart following its debut, proving Jung Seung-hwan's musical identity.

"The Heart of Waiting Gives Me Great Strength"... An August Stage with Fans

Jung Seung-hwan has consistently conveyed his sincerity toward his fans in his attitude toward music. Through promotions for his new song, he expressed, "My heart is the same every year, but I want to play music that can be loved for a long time," adding, "Just the fact that you wait for me is always such a great strength and a source of comfort."

Scheduled for August 21 and 22 at the Yonsei University Centennial Memorial Hall Concert Hall, this fan-meeting will serve as a space to look back on the past 10 years and share his resolve for the next 10. Anticipation is building for what musical messages Jung Seung-hwan will deliver to his fans on a stage prepared according to the 'Seson' concept.
