With just two days left until its premiere, MBC Plus drama 'My Idol, My Debut' has released stills capturing the tense atmosphere among the trainees.

The released photos capture the exact moment the fates of the virtual idol groups 'IRION' and 'BOY TO THE MOON' are decided. The images show a sharp contrast between Choi A-ni (played by Hwang Zia), who is in shock after facing her monthly evaluation report, and Isa (Isa), who wears a complex expression. On the other hand, the members of BOY TO THE MOON cheer and share their joy after checking the final debut lineup. Han Jae-ha (Q) and Lee Sun (Lee Jin Hyuk) were also captured enjoying the moment of debut with their arms around each other.

The intense atmosphere of the practice room is also palpable. A-ji (Nana) looking stiff while waiting for her evaluation, Karin (Kaede) sitting on the floor lost in thought, and scenes of them sweating while practicing choreography showcase the harsh training process of those dreaming of becoming idols.

The drama's story does not stop on the screen but extends into reality. This is because the girl group 'IRION' from the show is preparing for an actual music industry debut.

On the 12th, IRION signaled the start of their official activities by releasing their first concept photos, album cover, and title poster via their official SNS. The title track is 'MEMORIA,' which means 'memory' in Latin, and will be officially released as a music release on the 19th.

This set of concept photos captures a newtro vibe, combining 'Neo Seoul' with 'Y2K.' Utilizing analog objects such as blue and white toned school looks, oversized headphones, retro glasses, and vintage monitors, they simultaneously realized a futuristic sensibility and a retro style.

Hwang Zia, Nana, Kaede, and Isa: Characters expanding to the real stage

IRION consists of Hwang Zia, Wooah's Nana, tripleS's Kaede, and rookie Isa. The team is composed of Hwang Zia, who appeared as Kim Ji-won's child actor in the drama 'Queen of Tears,' alongside Nana from the girl group Wooah, Kaede from tripleS, and rookie Isa, who garnered attention through pre-debut interviews.

They have already been expanding their connection with fans by presenting their own variety show 'IRION : Real Debut' through the official YouTube channel 'All the K-pop' and the 'Idol Champ' app. Through this debut single, they plan to expand their characters from the drama onto the actual stage.

Meanwhile, the drama 'My Idol, My Debut' is a time-slip growth drama depicting the process of a devoted fan who travels back eight years to prevent a tragic accident and becomes an idol trainee to change fate. The broadcast will be released simultaneously on the 16th at 11:30 PM on MBC Dramanet and the Japanese OTT platform Lemino, followed by sequential broadcasts on MBC M, Wavve, TVING, and Watcha.
