TWICE Prepares for Seoul Encore Concert to Conclude Sixth World Tour 'THIS IS FOR'

188 Performances Across 59 Regions: A Record-Breaking K-pop Girl Group

This encore performance is expected to be a stage that encapsulates the growth of TWICE, who have held 188 performances across 59 regions including Asia, Oceania, North America, Latin America, and Europe since their first tour in 2017. This stands as the record for the most regions and most performances by a K-pop girl group for solo concerts.

Their fifth tour, 'READY TO BE,' was recorded as TWICE's longest tour ever, surpassing a cumulative audience of 1.5 million. In particular, they confirmed the power of their global fandom by becoming the first female group in the world to enter world-class venues such as SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium in New York, recording sell-outs.

Changes Embraced with 'FANCY' and Billboard Chart Records

TWICE's musical turning point was the release of their 7th mini album 'FANCY YOU' and the title track 'FANCY' in 2019. Moving away from their existing bright image to seek a musical transformation, they expanded their sphere of activity by drawing passionate responses from overseas fans. Subsequently, they established themselves as global artists by achieving sell-outs for their Americas tour, starting with The Forum in Los Angeles and continuing through Newark and Chicago.

Their album performance has also been steadily breaking records. Starting with their first entry into the US 'Billboard 200' with the 9th mini album 'MORE & MORE' in 2020, their 2nd full album 'Eyes wide open' reached number 72, and the 10th mini album 'Taste of Love' reached number 6. Furthermore, their first English single 'The Feels' solidified their global presence by simultaneously entering number 83 on the Billboard 'Hot 100' and number 80 on the UK 'Official Singles Chart.'

TWICE will conclude the epic journey of their world tour and meet with fans once again through this Seoul encore performance.
