KiiiKiii debuts Candy Pink Magic Hole Flip Phone as Rose Bowl sings

The group KiiiKiii (Ji-yu, Leesol, Sui, Haum, Akiyama Saran) delivered a live performance lasting approximately 30 minutes at a major music festival in the United States. KiiiKiii was included in the lineup for 'Head In The Clouds LA 2026' (hereafter HITC LA 2026), held at the Rose Bowl Brookside in Pasadena, California, on the 8th (local time).

Following their performance in Tokyo, Japan this past March, they were invited once again to the 'HITC' stage. Ahead of their comeback, KiiiKiii promoted their new album and team performances on-site in LA.

From Tokyo to the LA HITC Stage

Before the performance, KiiiKiii met with local fans through an interview with the 'HITC' team. The members communicated in foreign languages to introduce their new 3rd mini album 'WhyKiiiKiii', set for release on the 10th, and shared their thoughts on participating in 'HITC LA' for the first time, asking fans to pay close attention to certain parts of their stage.

The performance began with 'DANCING ALONE'. As the melody of 'Delulu' flowed, the atmosphere at the venue intensified. Throughout the stage, KiiiKiii made eye contact with the audience, introducing the team and delivering messages to enjoy the moment together.

The setlist continued with 'BTG', 'UNDERDOGS', and 'Dizzy'. The members led the performance before the Rose Bowl audience, showcasing different live tones and performances for each song.

First Stage of 'Candy Pink Magic Hole Flip Phone'

The first new song performance confirmed at this event was 'Candy Pink Magic Hole Flip Phone', a track from the 3rd mini album 'WhyKiiiKiii'. This song, which previously garnered reactions through the release of a stop-motion video, had its live performance revealed for the first time at this HITC LA 2026.

After finishing the new song stage, KiiiKiii followed with 'GROUNDWORK' and 'Strawberry Cheesegame'. In the latter half of the performance, their debut song 'DO ME' and '404 (New Era)', which has shown presence on domestic and international charts, were placed. As '404 (New Era)' resonated, the audience erupted in sing-alongs and cheers.

Starship Entertainment stated that KiiiKiii expressed, "It is an honor and a source of pride to stand on the 'HITC' stage twice, from Tokyo to LA. We were nervous to present the songs from our new album for the first time, but we were able to perform excitedly because Tiki (official fandom name) and the audience responded so passionately."

3rd Mini Album Release on the 10th, Attendance at Angel Stadium on the 11th

KiiiKiii will release their 3rd mini album 'WhyKiiiKiii' on the 10th (local time) and begin promotions. The title track is 'Pop Off Pop Off'. The new album will be released at 6:00 p.m. on the 10th, Korean time.

Their U.S. schedule continues. On the 11th (local time), KiiiKiii will attend the Los Angeles Angels vs. Texas Rangers game held at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California, following an official invitation from the Los Angeles Angels. During this game, member Akiyama Saran is scheduled to take the mound to throw the ceremonial first pitch.
