KATSEYE debuts Animal in Iowa before Wild Wild Love hits New York

The group KATSEYE took the stage as headliners at a performance in Iowa. The members reminisced about when they first started festivals like Lollapalooza, sharing their feelings that their dream of one day becoming headliners for every stage has become a reality.

During this performance, the performance for the new song 'Animal' was revealed for the first time. The members shared that this song is a new attempt in a 'Super jazz funk' style, different from their previous work. In particular, they noted that the song includes 'sashay' movements and expressed anticipation for the performance being carried out in Heels.

Regarding the subsequent 'Head in the Clouds' performance, the members described the situation of having to handle two headliner sets within the short period of just one week as something that feels "like a dream."

Iowa First Headliner Stage and New Song 'Animal' Reveal

Ahead of the release of the EP 'WILD', KATSEYE moved to New York to begin full-scale promotions. The members teased meetings with fans by sharing news of fan events held through Spotify and their New York performances.

Personal preferences for the tracks on the new album were also revealed. One member picked 'That Way' as her favorite song on the album, mentioning it alongside 'Unlevee' as a top favorite. Another member chose 'Hootie Fruity' as a track for her personal playlist, expressing satisfaction with the song's choreography, energy, and concept.

During this process, the members mentioned their experience appearing on the 'Today Show' and expressed gratitude to the fans who have been watching them.

New York Promotion and Spotify Fan Event

Immediately after the release of the EP 'WILD', KATSEYE held their first fan signing event at a Target store in New York. Meeting fans directly just a few hours after the album release, the members introduced various versions of the 'WILD' EP on-site.

Versions sold exclusively at Target, individual member versions, and versions including the song 'I Love You' were introduced. The members expressed pride in the achievements they have accomplished in such a short period.
