BTS 'Life Goes On' Music Video Surpasses 600 Million Views on YouTube

The music video garnered significant attention from fans as member Jungkook took on the role of director. The video exudes an overall sense of warmth, weaving together scenes of the members' small everyday lives with calm performances of the song. Images such as a dust-covered bicycle and singing in an empty concert hall without an audience directly reflect the reality of that time when everything had come to a standstill. Fans shared their feelings from that period, commenting, "It was really hard during COVID, but I found comfort," and "This is a grateful album."

The song's message also moved the hearts of fans. Even in a situation where one had to suddenly stop while running hard, it offers the consolation that "life goes on anyway." This resonated as a message that comforted the sense of loss experienced by the entire world at the time.

1 Billion Spotify Streams and No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100

The music release performance is also overwhelming. As of July 12, the cumulative streams for 'Life Goes On' on the global streaming platform Spotify have surpassed 1.03 billion. Notably, despite being composed primarily of Korean lyrics, the song achieved the milestone of 1 billion streams on Spotify.

It also created a historic moment on the US Billboard charts. On the Billboard main song chart, 'Hot 100,' dated December 5, 2020, the song rose to number 1 and maintained its position in the top ranks for three weeks. This was recorded as a case in Billboard's 62-year history where a song centered on Korean lyrics reached the top.

Mega-Hit Records Continuing from 'Dynamite' to 'Butter'

Beyond this achievement, BTS possesses numerous mega-hit songs. The 'Dynamite' music video is recording 2.1 billion views, 'Boy With Luv (Feat.
