Lee Hyori Urges Ananda Yoga Members to Tidy Mats as Lee Sang-soon Meditates

Singer Lee Hyori has requested users of the yoga studio she operates to tidy up the shared mats. On the official SNS account of Lee Hyori's 'Ananda Yoga' on the 23rd, a photo of yoga mats left untidied after use was posted along with the message, "These mats are for everyone to use. Please roll them up well and put them away."

This is a request for members sharing a common space to observe basic etiquette. While it was a small daily notice, it also reaffirmed that Lee Hyori is communicating closely with members by personally leading classes at the Yeon-hui-dong yoga studio.

Classes Continuing at Ananda Yoga in Yeon-hui-dong

Lee Hyori opened 'Ananda Yoga' in Yeon-hui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, last September. While meeting members by conducting classes herself, she once shared her feelings about watching her students grow, saying, "I know that one must experience pain to grow, but it is very difficult for me to leave my students in pain."

Recently, she also shared her state of mind gained through yoga practice. On her official account, Lee Hyori conveyed her personal change, writing, "I have let go of the heart that was confused about whether this is the path or that is the path, and I have decided to joyfully accept everything given to my life and fulfill my duty in my given place, fitting its shape."

The changed daily life of her husband, Lee Sang-soon, also drew attention. In the past, Lee Sang-soon mentioned on a broadcast that yoga did not suit his style, saying, "Yoga is an exercise you have to do proactively yourself, but when I do it alone, I keep trying to take shortcuts."

However, he was recently captured deeply immersed in meditation at Lee Hyori's yoga studio. In a photo released on the 11th, Lee Sang-soon is seen focusing on meditation while sitting in a lotus position in comfortable attire. He was also captured naturally following yoga movements among students last month, and it is reported that he is currently visiting Lee Hyori's yoga studio steadily and sharing his daily life there.

Moving from Jeju to Seoul, New Wedding Rings Revealed

Married in 2013, the couple Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon moved their residence to Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul, last year after finishing about 11 years of living in Jeju. As time passed and their previous couple rings no longer fit their hands, the two melted them down to create new wedding rings of the same shape, which they still wear on their ring fingers.

Regarding this, Lee Hyori expressed her feelings, saying, "Because they no longer fit our hands which have changed over 12 years, we combined the two to make them into the same shape. Have we finally become the same shape? It makes me feel good for no reason." In a recently released photo, this ring was captured along with Lee Hyori with her pet dog on a yoga mat.
