The qualifying teams for Group A of the KBS 2TV 'Happy Together - Glad We're Not Alone' finals have been decided. During the competition broadcast on the 17th, special MC Lee Hyori joined judges Yoo Jae Suk, Yoon Jong-shin, and Jang Hang Jun to personally announce the winners.

The first team to receive a unanimous selection from the judges was the mother-son duo Park Eun-ju and Jeon Yu-jun, who took the stage under the name 'Like Turtles.' They moved the judges with their performance, claiming the first qualifying bracelet. Following them, the 'Bangga Bangga' team, featuring Bang Ye-dam and his parents Bang Dae-sik and Jeong Mi-young, was named the final qualifying team, securing their spot in the finals.

The competition also saw the elimination of several highly skilled performers. The chorus team 'Filling the Blank' (Shin Yeon-ah, Lee Hyun-jung, Kim Hyo-soo), the full group Click-B, and the duo Two Months (Kim Ye-rim, Do Dae-yoon) all faced defeat in this round. Notably, Do Dae-yoon of Two Months drew attention by sharing his history of struggling with bipolar disorder and his past experience working as Jang Beom June's manager.

Appearance of 'Choi Trio' Family, Featuring a Vocal Competition Winner

Today's broadcast also featured the 'Choi Trio' family, who boast impressive credentials ranging from first-place competition wins to top honors at music colleges. Led by father Choi Su-gil, who won first place in a vocal competition despite being a non-major, the group—consisting of a son who was top of his class at music college and a daughter who is a member of the Chuncheon City Choir—showcased overwhelming harmonies.

Choi Su-gil shared his recent life as a travel YouTuber who sings while traveling the world after his retirement. He recalled a tense moment during a past trip to the UAE, where he personally witnessed a missile strike hitting a nearby building.
