The name of this fan meeting, 'Maju,' was personally chosen by Kim Mu-yeol to express his affection for his fans. He used this pure Korean word to convey his sincere desire to face each other's hearts more closely and communicate through eye contact. In the released poster, Kim Mu-yeol appears ready to welcome fans, wearing a white suit paired with glasses.
An acting journey built since his 1999 debut
Since debuting in the film 'Saigan' in 1999, Kim Mu-yeol has consistently worked across musicals, dramas, and films over the past 27 years. He has graced the stages of musicals such as 'Kinky Boots' and 'Thrill Me,' and demonstrated his acting prowess through dramas like 'Bad Guys: City of Sin' and 'Trolley.' He also participated in the Netflix series 'Juvenile Justice' and 'Sweet Home Season 2·3.'
He has also made a significant presence in the film industry. From 'War of the Arrows,' 'Forgotten,' 'The Roundup: No Way Out,' and 'Confidential Matters' to his recent appearance in 'The Roundup: Punishment,' he has showcased a wide range of acting. In particular, he recently drew attention both domestically and internationally for his intense action as Na Hwa-jin, the inspector of the Teacher Rights Protection Bureau, in the Netflix series 'Teach You a Lesson.' Based on these career milestones, he also appeared on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' to share stories of overcoming past hardships.
