Park Mi-sun studies Lee Bong-won’s face and sees love in the years
On MBN’s Valuable Family, Park Mi-sun grows emotional while drawing Lee Bong-won during their Gangneung trip, as Go Joon-hee’s date also turns heads.
In the 6th episode of the MBN variety show 'Valuable Family,' the two-day, one-night trip to Gangneung by comedian couple Park Mi-sun and Lee Bong-won was showcased. The highlight of this broadcast was a portrait-drawing session held at a workshop in Gangneung.

Lee Bong-won personally arranged the date for his wife, who enjoys drawing. "Park Mi-sun loves drawing, so I wanted to experience it together," Lee Bong-won said, showing his consideration for his wife. Park Mi-sun also expressed her affection for art, recalling how she used to paint traditional folk paintings to soothe her mind during difficult times caused by past health issues.
Sitting before the canvas, Park Mi-sun studied her husband's face for a long time, noting the traces of time. "His lips are thinner than I thought. His eyes are big. His eyes have drooped a lot over the years," she observed with a laugh.
"He's become an ahjussi" An emotional confession and Lee Bong-won's response
In an interview following the filming, Park Mi-sun revealed the sincere feelings hidden behind her laughter. She couldn't even remember the last time she had looked at the face of the husband who has stayed by her side for so long.
"He's aged a lot. The oppa I used to like in the past has truly become an ahjussi now," Park Mi-sun confessed emotionally. Yet, she also showed her unchanging affection, adding, "I've mentioned before that I fell for Lee Bong-won because of his beautiful eyes, and his eyes are still pretty. I also thought, 'He's still cute.'"
Watching this in the studio, Shin Ji expressed her empathy, saying, "That is true, deep love."
Lee Bong-won also shared his feelings for his wife. While drawing the portrait, when Park Mi-sun asked, "How is it, looking at your wife for so long? I've aged a lot too, right?" Lee Bong-won replied without stopping his brush, "No matter how much I draw, you come out looking so beautiful."
Go Joon-hee's impromptu meeting and 'Valuable Family' ranks No. 1 in viewership ratings
Meanwhile, actress Go Joon-hee's blind date scene also drew attention. After receiving an invitation for a second date from her match, Go Joon-hee had a conversation during a night walk. In particular, she made the scene burst into laughter when she responded to the question, "Have you ever dated someone younger?" by saying, "I've never had a boyfriend."
The romantic atmosphere took an unexpected turn. Go Joon-hee's father appeared after spotting his daughter on a date and suggested to the man, "Let's have a cup of tea before you go," leading to an impromptu formal meeting between the families.
The episode of 'Valuable Family' aired that day recorded a 2.2% viewership rating among all paid households, with a peak minute rating of 2.7%. This was the highest figure among the general-programming cable channel variety programs broadcast on the same day, maintaining its position as the No. 1 Tuesday general-programming variety show.
