Jo Yu-sik and Mina Sue Choi Face Off in Kill It as Dating Show Worlds Collide

In the 9th episode of tvN variety show 'Kill It: Style Creator War' (hereafter 'Kill It'), Jo Yu-sik from 'Transit Love 4' and Mina Sue Choi from 'Single's Inferno 5' meet in one place. In this episode, which airs on the 7th at 10:10 PM, the 11 survivors who have reached the 4th round of the finals will undergo the 'Movement Couple Photoshoot' and 'Style Race' missions.

'Movement Couple Photoshoot' Stirred by Jo Yu-sik's Appearance

The first hurdle is a mission to complete a photoshoot by working with 6 male dancers who perform various genres including modern dance, ballet, Korean dance, Latin dance, hip-hop, and voguing. As the male dancers appeared, Dasha could not hide her surprise, saying, "Is this a dating program? Why are men suddenly appearing?" Ko Ye-jin expressed her anticipation, stating, "This is a total dopamine rush."

Among the dancers, there were also familiar faces. Jo Yu-sik, who appeared in TVING's 'Transit Love 4', appeared as a modern dancer, and Mina Sue Choi from 'Single's Inferno 5' faced Jo Yu-sik in the same place, achieving what is called the 'Great Unification of Dating Show Universes.'

High-Difficulty Couple Performance That Brought Mina Sue Choi to Tears

Mina Sue Choi, who showed confidence by revealing she was from a dance club and saying, "I am good at isolation," gradually became nervous as the high-level couple performances continued. Eventually, Mina Sue Choi burst into tears, saying, "I don't think I can do this mission well. Am I going to be eliminated like this again? I am so stressed."

30-Minute Style Race and 11 Survivors

In addition to the photoshoot, the 'Style Race' mission, which pressures the participants, follows. Participants must complete styling suitable for the location, move, shoot, and finish photo editing and submission within the 30-minute time limit. It is a time-attack format where those who fail to board the bus within the set time are immediately eliminated, and the production team has warned that unexpected eliminations will occur in this mission.

The current survivor list consists of Ko Ye-jin, Yo-yo, and Ji-won from Black Label; Kim Na-ra, Belau Young, Lee Soo-min, and Mina Sue Choi from White Label; and Kim Ji-hun, Naya Wasi, Dasha, and Jane from Red Label. 'Kill It' is a survival variety show that selects next-generation style icons to lead K-fashion trends, featuring 'It Girls' who have proven their SNS influence as global fashion brand ambassadors, world-class models, and super influencers.

The mentor lineup includes Jang Yoon-ju, Lee Jong-won, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Yeonjun from Black Label; Cha Jung-won and Shin Hyun-ji from White Label; and Ahn Ah-reum and Yang Gang from Red Label. With this lineup, the program is targeting viewers in their 20s and 30s.
