Parents call “Han-sol” as VERNON’s Mia film traces his rise
SEVENTEEN unit V8 releases VERNON’s Mia official film, pairing childhood memories with KINTEX and Hong Kong live dates.
The records of boy 'Han-sol' awakened by his parents' voices
The official film for 'Mia,' a track from the 1st mini album by SEVENTEEN unit V8 (The8, VERNON), was released on the 8th. The video begins with the voices of VERNON's parents affectionately calling him by his Korean name, 'Han-sol.'

The video follows his journey from early childhood, when he was just learning to speak, to his mischievous boyish years, set to a cheerful rhythm. These records of a childhood spent expanding his own world with innocent curiosity align with the song's atmosphere, presenting a coming-of-age drama.
'Mia,' a song featuring Kirara, Han Jung-in, and Robb Roy
The song 'Mia' captures VERNON's sincere contemplations. The production involved Kirara, a two-time Korean Music Awards winner, along with Han Jung-in and Robb Roy, who has worked closely with VERNON for a long time. The track is characterized by melting VERNON's inner self into intuitive lead sounds and powerful beats. Vogue Singapore commented on the song, stating, "It is a song with a special sense of three-dimensionality in that it allows a glimpse into VERNON's honest inner self."
In the latter half of the video, the mood shifts. The mischievous boy has grown into a serious artist as a member of SEVENTEEN. The time spent from his individual childhood to his journey as a member of the team flows together as a single narrative.
