The band NELL took the stage at the recently held JUMF 2026 and passionately sang their representative song, 'Star Shell'.
On this stage, NELL presented the song's signature dreamy sound and explosive energy. The points where vocalist Jong Wan Kim's falsetto and vocal volume intersected, along with the changes in instrumental composition, heightened the immersion of the audience.
Currently, NELL consists of vocalist Jong Wan Kim, guitarist Jae Kyung Lee, and bassist Jung Hoon Lee. Having celebrated their 25th anniversary of activities in July 2024, they demonstrated solid teamwork at this festival as well.
Musical journey following the 10th studio album 'X'
This past June, NELL released their 10th studio album 'X' for the first time in four years. This album includes tracks that reinterpret songs conceived about 20 years ago with a modern sound.
Solo concert 'ONLY ONE' to be held in Seoul on August 28
From August 28 to 30, NELL will hold their solo concert NELL’S SEASON 2026 ‘ONLY ONE’ for three days at the YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
This performance is their second solo concert of the year, following the concert held this past May to commemorate the release of the studio album 'X'. NELL expressed their mindset toward the performance, stating, "A stage is always a one-time thing, and we stand on stage to hold onto those unique moments that will never return."
