"I was thinking 'let's crush it today'..." Jungkook reveals details of injury during London performance
Jungkook of BTS has personally informed fans that he sustained a back injury during a performance in London, UK.

The incident occurred during the 'BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG in LONDON' held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, UK, on the 6th and 7th. Videos filmed by fans observing the performance on the 7th captured moments where Jungkook appeared to experience back pain while continuing his performance.
During his closing remarks toward the end of the show, Jungkook explained the situation in detail. "I hurt my back while performing on stage, so I haven't been able to focus since FYA, and I am sorry," he said, bowing his head. He added, "Ah, seriously, I'm not lying, the performance was so much fun that I was thinking 'let's crush it today,' and then suddenly—thud, huh? I felt something was wrong." It was an unexpected situation that occurred amidst his passionate performance.
"It's partly your fault" — Reassuring fans with wit and promising a speedy recovery
To lighten the potentially heavy atmosphere, Jungkook made a witty joke. "Since I got hurt because I got too excited from you all (ARMY) having so much fun, it's partly your fault," he said, reassuring his fans. He followed up with a promise: "I will manage myself as best as I can and return to you in good health as soon as possible."
As news of the injury sparks concern among fans, videos showcasing Jungkook's previous boundless energy are being revisited. In the video "Run BTS! 2015 EP.3 - Amusement Park," uploaded to BTS's official YouTube channel 'BANGTAN TV' in 2022, Jungkook showed his side as the 'Golden Maknae' by roaming the site without any fear of the rides.

As news of Jungkook's injury spread, major platforms like X (formerly Twitter) were filled with concern from fans. Immediately following the performance, phrases such as 'GET WELL SOON JUNGKOOK' and 'WE LOVE YOU JUNGKOOK' topped the real-time trends.
