Rare House heads to Waterbomb Seoul with rain moves and a 'Plan Z'
Rare House details its Waterbomb Seoul 2026 stage strategy, from rain-safe movement changes to water cannon timing for W.T.F, Overheated and TROPHY.
Stage Composition and Movement Design Considering 'Plan Z'
82MAJOR conducted discussions regarding stage movement and composition starting from the practice stage. They coordinated the use of the extended stage during the performance of the song 'Overheated' and the timing for returning to the main stage, while establishing 'Plan A' and 'Plan B' in case the timing of their comments differed from the plan. They even mentioned 'Plan Z,' assuming the worst-case scenario, to ensure flexibility in stage management.

Discussions also continued to increase the completeness of the song composition. When deciding whether to use the extended stage during the 'TROPHY' performance, they considered the flow of the 'W.T.F' intro. Regarding the use of stage equipment, they discussed ways to fill the stage space using two water cannons and the positioning of the members. Member Seongmo proposed a specific execution plan to utilize the water cannons starting from the second verse.
Immediate Movement Adjustments Due to Weather Variables
When weather variables occurred in the form of rain during the actual Waterbomb site rehearsal, members Seongil and YECHAN immediately modified their stage movements. Considering the site conditions that could be slippery due to the rain, they took action, such as quickly returning to the main stage.
YECHAN, who was already exposed to moisture during the rehearsal process, shared the status of the performance preparations by mentioning the degree of exposure during the main stage. The members checked their stage visuals with tattoo stickers until just before the performance and prepared for the stage by performing bodyweight exercises to prepare for physical exhaustion.
