Actor Kim Hye-jun will navigate a precarious office romance caught between a prickly CEO and a dazzling director. The new tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'My Bias's Employee,' scheduled to premiere on August 3 at 8:45 PM, is based on the webtoon 'My Brother is an Idol' by writer Seong-eun.

The drama follows the growth and love of Nam Da-reum (played by Kim Hye-jun), a new recruit who joined a company specifically to meet her 'bias' (favorite person), only to end up becoming that very person's employee. Planned as a 12-episode series, the work is set in a fashion company and depicts the passionate daily life of a new recruit and the fluttering excitement of a love triangle that unfolds in the process.

'Hagi Version' poster capturing Kang Hun's charisma and Kim Hye-jun's passion

The production team has released office 'stan-entry' posters and motion posters that showcase the emotional shifts Nam Da-reum will experience.

The first released 'Hagi Version' poster captures the realistic side of a fashion company rookie. In the poster, Nam Da-reum focuses on her work alongside the charismatic CEO Kang Ha-gi (played by Kang Hun). Reflecting the nature of the fashion industry, the background features clothing racks filled with outfits, and Nam Da-reum moves busily while clutching a pile of documents and clothes.

The copy, "You're cold, but I can't stop thinking about you, CEO," reveals Nam Da-reum's complex and subtle gaze toward the demanding Kang Ha-gi. While immersed in work, Nam Da-reum's eyes occasionally drifting toward the CEO hint at a relationship evolving beyond that of boss and subordinate.

'Chan Version' poster revealing fan devotion toward Cha Woo-min

A 'Chan Version' poster, featuring a completely different atmosphere from her interactions with Kang Ha-gi, has also been released. This version reveals Nam Da-reum's 'fangirl' tendencies. Looking toward the company director Lee Chan (played by Cha Woo-min), Nam Da-reum wears a bright smile while holding a light stick and a slogan. Lee Chan is exactly the 'bias' Nam Da-reum has dreamed of.

The poster includes the phrase, "I'm a fan, but I'm starting to get greedy, Director."

Surrounded by the precious fan items she has collected, Nam Da-reum's happy expression as she faces the real-life Lee Chan shows a desire to evolve beyond mere fandom into a romantic relationship.

The drama 'My Bias's Employee' is co-produced by Studio Dragon, Studio N, and NPIO. It is directed by Park Ji-hyun and Jung Da-hyeong, with a screenplay by Lee Young and Kim Ji-an. It is scheduled to premiere on August 3 via tvN.
