Ha Yoon-kyung spins quick lies and fake-marriage sparks in APT

Ha Yoon-kyung of the JTBC weekend drama 'APT' is leading the series with a character that breaks away from her previous kind image. Having been loved as bright and warm characters like Heo Seon-bin in 'Hospital Playlist' or Choi Su-yeon in 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', Ha Yoon-kyung takes on the role of 'Kang Ha-ri' in this work, who resorts to lying to make a living.

In the drama, when Kang Ha-ri faces a crisis while preparing for employment, she lies to her older sister Kang Ha-jeong (played by Ryu Hyun-kyung), claiming she passed the bar exam. Later, as she finds herself in need of quick cash, she accepts a proposal from Park Hae-gang (played by Jisung) to begin posing as a fake married couple.

Transforming into 'Kang Ha-ri', who does not hesitate to lie

In the recently aired episodes 5 and 6, even when facing the risk of her identity being exposed, Kang Ha-ri evaded the suspicions of Jang Suk-jin (played by Moon So-ri) with her characteristic expressions and quick wit. Furthermore, to help Park Hae-gang, who is at risk of losing his position as the chairman of the residents' representative meeting, she displayed her ingenuity by uncovering the fact that 123 households are not paying their heating bills, turning him back into a 'heating martyr.' She was also shown winning 342,800 won in a Go-Stop match against Doma-raem (played by Kim Won-hae).

Her chemistry with co-star Jisung is also notable. From comedic scenes of bickering under the fake marriage setting to scenes of relying on each other during the development of cases, Ha Yoon-kyung is leading the flow of the drama by balancing her character within Jisung's acting.
